When you apply for a position through this careers site, we collect the information you provide in the application form, including your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL, portfolio URL, years of experience, cover letter, and how you heard about us. We do not require you to create an account to apply. We collect only what is necessary to process your application.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to evaluate your candidacy for the role you applied to. Specifically, it is reviewed by the Nami Groups HR team and, where relevant, the hiring manager for the position. We do not use your information for marketing purposes, sell it to third parties, or share it outside of the Nami Groups entity relevant to your application.
Data Retention
Applications are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, your data is deleted unless you are offered a position or we have a legitimate ongoing reason to retain it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at careers@namigroups.com.
Data Security
Your application data is stored securely and accessible only to authorised members of the Nami Groups HR and hiring team. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorised access.
Your Rights
